DUSHANBE June 30, Asia-Plus — On Friday June 27, Foreign Minister Hamrokhon Zarifi met with visiting President of the American Councils for International, ACTR/ACCELS, Dr. Dan E. Davidson, according to the MFA information department.
In the course of the talks, the two exchanged views on the present state and prospects of further expansion of cooperation between Tajikistan and the United States in the field of education. Zarifi and Davidson noted that exchange of students and teachers between the two countries has been increasing.
They also discussed issues related to the possible participation of ACTR/ACCELS in the establishment of the national testing center in Tajikistan, the information department said.
