KHUJAND, December 1, 2014, Asia-Plus — The first Online Olympiad has taken place among senior high school students in Khujand, the capital of the northern Sughd province.

According to the education department at the Khujand mayor’s office, 1,310 school students competed in thirteen disciplines over three days and jury members included teachers from the Khujand State University and school teachers.

Specialists from the Center for Technologies and Communications have helped organize the Olympiad, the source said.
