DUSHANBE, April 30, 2015, Asia-Plus – Two brothers from the Kirov district in Leningrad oblast have got jail terms for murder of Tajik national.
According to the prosecutor’s office of Leningrad oblast, the brothers were found guilty of committing a crime provided for in Article 105 (2) of Russia’s Penal Code – murder committed by a group of people.
The investigation has reportedly established that the brothers being in a state of drunkenness beat Tajik national to death in June 2014.
The jury, however, recommended mercy for them and the brothers were sentenced to twelve and six years in prison respectively.
