Dushanbe. 27 August. “Asia Plus” — The former head of the “Barki Tojik” energy holding Rahmatzoda Rustam Mirzo in agreement with the president of the country was appointed to the First Deputy Dhairman of Sugd region Abdurahmon Kodiri.

Rahmatzoda Rustam Mirzo was born on May 7, 1963 in Ayni district, he is Tajik. In 1985 he graduated the Tajik National University with a degree in mathematics and in 1994 the same university with a degree in economics.

He began his career in 1985 as a software engineer of Republican Computer Center of the State Committee of the Tajik SSR Logistics Dushanbe.

In 1988-1991 he worked as a Senior Commodity of the Agency providing coal of the State Committee of the Republic of Tajikistan on material and technical supplies, in 1991-1993 was the chief specialist of the Department of Economics and Finance manager of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan, in 1995-1996 a chief specialist of economic department of the Executive Office of the President the Republic of Tajikistan, and in 1996-2002 he worked as a Deputy Department of Finance, Budget and Price Supervision of the Economics Management of the Executive Office of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan. From 2002 to 2006 he was a Deputy Minister – Head of the Department of Industrial Policy of the Ministry of Industry of the Republic, and in 2006-2009 he was a Deputy Chairman of Dushanbe.

Rahmatzoda Rustam Mirzo in different years was a Chairman of the Ayni and Zafarabad areas. From the 5th of July to 26th of August 2014 headed “Barki Tojik”.

Recall that before him the duties of First Deputy Chairman of Sugd region carried out Jumaboi Sanginov, who held the post from 7th of January 2011 to April 2015.
