DUSHANBE, April 28, 2016, Asia-Plus – Tajik deputy prime minister has received a delegation of Airbus.
Ambassador of France to Tajikistan Didier Leroy also attended the meeting.
A source in the Tajik government says the meeting focused on issues related to establishment of cooperation between Tajikistan and Airbus, purchase of airliners manufactured by this company, training of Tajik pilots, and consultative support for Tajik air carriers.
In the framework of the beginning of discussion of a draft agreement on avoidance of double taxation, Ambassador Leroy reportedly called on Tajik deputy prime minister to promote opening of markets for companies of the two countries for supplying goods and rendering services.
Airbus SAS is a division of the multinational Airbus Group SE that manufactures civil aircraft. It is based in Blagnac, France, a suburb of Toulouse, with production and manufacturing facilities mainly in France, Germany, Spain, China, United Kingdom and the United States. Airbus began as a consortium of aerospace manufacturers, Airbus Industrie.
