DUSHANBE, January 7, Asia-Plus  — Under an agreement between the governments of Tajikistan and India Days of Tajik Culture are scheduled to be held in India on May 1-7.  

Abdughaffor Abdujabborov, an official with the Ministry of Culture (MoC), said that the most known Tajik dancing ensembles, performers of Tajik classical music and variety singers will represent Tajik traditional and modern culture in India. 

Besides, exhibitions of works by Tajik painters and Tajik books as well as photo exhibition picturing modern Tajikistan will be held on sidelines of the Days of Tajik Culture, the MoC official said.
