Man suspected of killing three people in early 1990s extradited from Russian to Tajikistan

A 46-year-old Murodali Sodiqov, who had been wanted by Tajik law enforcement authorities for more than ten years, has been extradited from Russia to Tajikistan.

According to information posted on the website of the Russian Prosecutor-General’s Office, he is suspected of being involved in brutal murder of three people in Tajikistan’s Khatlon province in late March 1993.

Sodiqov was reportedly detained in Moscow in January this year.
