DUSHANBE, November 13, Asia-Plus  — President Emomali Rahmon is scheduled to leave for Khujand, the capital of the Sughd province, tomorrow on a three-day visit, presidential press service said. 

During his stay in Sughd, President Rahmon is expected to attend celebrations dedicated to mark the 15th anniversary of the 16th session of the Shuroi Oli (Supreme Council – former name of the Tajik parliament) of the 12th convocation that was held in the Arbob Palace in the Bobojonghafurov district on November 16, 1992. 

The head of state is also scheduled to inaugurate a new cement plant in Bobojonghafurov as well as visit boarding school and Sheikh Muslihiddin Mosque in Khujand.
