DUSHANBE, October 12, Asia-Plus — A delegation of Tajik Trade Unions’ Federation today visited an orphanage in the Shahrinav district.

The federation made donation to the orphanage on occasion of Id al-Fitr, a holy Muslim holiday, which will be marked Tajikistan tomorrow.   They gave heaters for 2,500 somonis to the Shahrinav orphanage.   

The Shahrinav orphanage, which is house of 250 orphaned children,  is under patronage of Tajik Trade Unions’ Federation.  Since the beginning of the year, the federation has provided some 6,000 somonis’ worth of assistance to the orphanage.
