 DUSHANBE, October 1, Asia-Plus — An exhibit of books from the CSI states will be held at the National Firdavsi Library in Dushanbe on the threshold of the CIS summit that will be held in the Tajik capital this week. 

Juraboy Rajabov, the deputy director of the National Firdavsi Library, told Asia-Plus that in all, some 2,000 books from the CIS states, kept at the library stock, would be put on display in the exhibition.  

The National Firdavsi Library was established in 1933, and its stock now has some3.6 million books.
