DUSHANBE, November 20, Asia-Plus – The board (Shuro) of Tajikistan’s lower chamber (Majlisi Namoyandagon) of parliament considered a bill on protection of the population against tuberculosis at a November 20 meeting presided over by its speaker Saydullo Khairulloyev. 

Muhammadato Sultonov, a spokesman for the Majlisi Namoyandagon, said that the board also considered amendments to the law on the 2006 national budget and report by Khairkhon Rasulov, the heads of the chamber’s office, on a progress of fulfillment of estimate of expenses for this year.  

The board also discussed an agreement on creation of favorable conditions for leasing activity within the CIS area and expenses estimate for 2007.    

Some of these issues will be considered at a regular sitting of the third session of the Majlisi Namoyandagon on November 22, Sultonov said.
