DUSAHNBE, September 19, Asia-Plus – This week, Tajik MPs will have completed meetings with their electors to report back to them on the work done.  

Muhammadato Sultonov, a spokesman for the Majlisi Namoyandagon (Tajikistan’s lower chamber of parliament), said that yesterday, the head of the Majlisi Namoyandagon Committee for Science, Education, Culture and Youth Policy, Dodikhudo Saymuddinov, met with electros from Nurobod and Rasht, and the Majlisi Namoyandagon deputy Khadicha Hakimova met with her electros from Hissor and Shahrinav.  

The Asia-Plus interlocutor also said that yesterday, MPs Abdulhamid Jamolov and Bahrom Alimov met with their electros in Tursunzoda, Abdurrahmon Sharipov with his electors in Hissor, and Rano Karimova with her electros in Shuroobod and Muminobod.  

During these meetings MPs report back to electros on the work carried out over the past session.   

We will recall that the parliamentary recess concludes on September 1, and on October 1, a sitting of the third session of the Majlisi Namoyandagon of the third convocation will be held.
