On September 25, 2025, the Government of Tajikistan issued a decree on  enterprises and institutions of the Communications Service under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan.

In accordance with Article 13 of the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "On the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan" and Articles 52, 55, 58, 121, and 128 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Tajikistan, the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan decrees:

  1. To establish the State Unitary Enterprise “Post of Tajikistan” through the merger of the following entities:
    • State Unitary Enterprise “Pochta-i Tojik” (Tajik Post);
    • State Unitary Enterprise “Aloqai Makhsus (Special Communications);
    • State Unitary Enterprise “Markazi Marka” (Stamp Center).
  2. To rename the following institutions:
    • The State Institution “Housing and Communal Services” shall be renamed to the State Institution “Center for Digital Development and Satellite Communications”;
    • The editorial office of the newspaper “Khaftanomai Aloqa” (Communications Newspaper) shall be renamed to the State Institution “Zhurnal Aloqa”(Communications Magazine).
  3. To establish the State Unitary Enterprise “Communications Infrastructure Maintenance”.
  4. The Communications Service under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan shall resolve all organizational and legal matters related to the institutions and enterprises mentioned in points 1, 2, and 3 of this decree in accordance with established procedures.
  5. The State Committee on Investment and State-owned  Property Management of the Republic of Tajikistan shall make the necessary amendments to the registration data.
