According to information from the Sughd police directorate, the detainee is the 28-year-old resident of Bobjonghafurov district, whose name is not disclosed in the interest of the investigation.   The source says he allegedly was deputy leader (naqib) of one of cells of the Hizb ut-Tahrir network in northern
