DUSHANBE, February 27, Asia-Plus — On Friday February 24, the Majlisi Milli (Tajikistan’s upper chamber of parliament) issued resolution recalling judge of the Supreme Court Azam Temirkhanov for disparity to the occupied post.
Besides, upon recommendation of President Rahmonov the session also issued resolution on recall of judge of the Supreme Court Odiljon Ibronov.
The Majlisi Milli session also recommended the Majlisi Milli member Akbar Turajonzoda to a membership of the Majlisi Milli delegation to observe elections to the Verkhovnaya Rada (Ukraine’s parliament).
