DUSHANBE, April 12, Asia-plus — To date, Gorno Badakhshan has reached one third (33 percent) of its target on the spring conscription campaign, according to information from the Ministry of Defense (MoD).
The MoD source says this is the best result for the first eleven days of the spring conscription campaign in the country.
Districts subordinate to the center (RRP) stand in second place with 22 percent. The southern province of Khatlon has to date reached 21 percent of its target on the spring conscription campaign.
The serious situation with implementation of the spring conscription campaign is in northern Tajikistan, where the military registration and enlistment offices have reached only 2 percent of the conscription target, according to the source.
On the total results of the spring conscription campaign throughout the country, the source says Tajikistan has reached 19 percent of the conscription target so far.
