DUSHANBE, February 2, 2009, Asia-Plus – Tajik Ministry of Education (MoE) and Yelets University in Russia’s Lipetsk region signed a cooperation agreement in Dushanbe at the end of last week.
Speaking in an interview with Asia-Plus, Noilsho Nouraliyev, a spokesman for a MoE, said that the signed agreement gave Tajik students an opportunity to study different disciplines at Yelets State University named after Ivan Bunin.
Besides, Yelets University provides quota for Tajik researchers to take post-graduate and refresher training courses.
