DUSHANBE, July 21, 2010, Asia-Plus — A new website of register of practices for skilled labor migrants returning home –

– has been launched in Tajikistan, Minister of Labor and Social Care, Mahmadamin Mahmadaminov, told reporters in Dushanbe on July 20.
According to him, the register of practices is a considerable resource for skilled migrants who want to find worthy jobs in Tajikistan. Besides, the register will also be useful for small, medium-sized and large enterprises seeking skilled human resources.
The register of practices has been developed in the framework of the International Labor Organization (ILO) and the European Union (EU) project, Sustainable Partnership as Means of Providing Efficient Management of Labor Migration in Russia, Caucasus, and Central Asia, the minister said, noting that further implementation of the project will be supported by the additional project of ACTED, financed by EU.
The application of the register of practices will be conducted on a pilot basis in seven cities and districts of Tajikistan: Dushanbe, Khujand, Konibodom, Qurghon Teppa, Kulob, Farkhor, and Spitamen.
