DUSHANBE, April 15, 2010, Asia-Plus  — Ten social facilities will be officially opened in Dushanbe on the occasion of a Capital City Day, according to the Dushanbe mayor’s office press service.

The Capital City Day is marked in Tajikistan on the third Saturday of April and this year, Tajikistan will mark the Capital City Day n April 17. 

A total budget for construction of these facilities was 21.4 million somoni, including 10.2 million somoni were allocated from the city’s budget.

A three-story public center will be introduced into operation in the Ravshngaron area.  Besides, a new building of Dusahnbe’s school # 28, several apartment buildings in the Zarafshon area, dormitory in the Nemat Qaraboyev Street and a number of other social facilities will be officially opened on April 17.  It is to be noted that two apartment buildings were built due funds provided by local entrepreneurs.
