Over the first three months of this year, more than 1,800 citizens of Tajikistan found employment in Russia with the assistance of the Ministry of Labor, Migration and Employment of the Population of Tajikistan (MoLMEP).

The MoLMEP representative office in Russia reports that the citizens were employed in permanent and seasonal jobs in Russian companies upon personal request.

It is noted that the work is carried out on a systematic basis — within the framework of bilateral agreements and memorandums.

Citizens planning to work in Russia are advised to seek assistance in job searching through the following numbers:

• Migration Service: +992-225-05-75, +992-225-05-91, +992-225-05-89
• Employment Agency: +992 (918) 88-86-79
• Representation in Russia: +7 (495) 967-98-44, +7 (999) 912-58-68, +7 (988) 676-00-00, +7 (936) 174-19-92

In the first half of 2025, the Ministry of Labor, Migration and Employment of the Population summarized its work, highlighting key achievements in international cooperation, employment of citizens abroad, and protection of migrants’ rights, as noted in the report.

During this period, 29 licensed economic entities organized the departure and employment of 9,478 citizens of Tajikistan abroad. Of these, 5,648 people were employed through the State Institution “Agency for Employment Abroad”.

Within the framework of international cooperation, South Korea allocated 800 employment quotas to Tajikistan. In the EPS (Employment Permit System), out of 35 candidates studying Korean, 26 successfully passed the exam.

A new group of candidates for work in South Korea was also formed, and cooperation with the Korean side continues to actively develop, emphasizes the Ministry of Labor.
