DUSHANBE, October 6, 2009, Asia-Plus –The board (Shuro) of Tajikistan’s lower chamber (Majlisi Namoyandagon) of parliament considered a draft national budget for 2010 at an October 6 meeting, presided over by its speaker, Saydullo Khairulloyev.
Muhammadato Sultonov, a spokesman for the Majlisi Namoyandagon, said that the board also considered the issue of Tajikistan’s joining the Convention of Immunities and Privileges of the Organization of the Islamic Conference (OIC) and some issues.
Some of these issues will be considered by the sixth session of the Majlisi Namoyandagon at its next sitting, according to him,
