DUSHANBE, August 11, 2009, Asia-Plus  — On Thursday August 13, Mr. Artur Damert, the head of the branch of Russia’s Federal Migration Service (FMS) in the Russian Chelyabinsk region, will organize an online video appointment for citizens through Internet, according to Muhammad Egamzod, the head of the Moscow-based  media holding Tajinfo.

Egamzod says the video appointment will start at 10:00 am Moscow time and residents of the Chelyabinsk region also Tajik labor migrants working there may put their questions to the FMS official.

“It is to be noted that many Tajik labor migrants currently work in Chelyabinsk and Tajik public association, Somoniyon, has been registered with Chelyabinsk authorities,” said Egamzod, “Somoniyon, headed by Islomiddin Rajabov, operates in close cooperation with local migration service.”

According to Egamzod, to address question to Mr. Damert one should use Skype program.
