DUSHANBE, January 26, 2009, Asia-Plus — An international exhibition company, Grow International Co (Iran), and Tajikistan’s Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCI) have agreed to hold three exhibitions in Tajikistan this year, according to the CCI press service.
This issue was discussed at a meeting of the CCI head Sharif Said with the Grow International top manager Mohammad Imrani in Dushanbe on January 23. The exhibition are expected to be held in Dushanbe and Khujand.
In the course of the talks, the two also discussed priorities of bilateral cooperation. Mr. Imrani proposed to organize annually international exhibition, InterLegProm 2009 (International Light Industry Exhibition 2009), in Dushanbe.
Said and Imrani agreed to boost cooperation in the printing industry. They, in particular, agreed to jointly release “2009 Business Guide” in three languages: Tajik, Persian and English. The guide is expected to be published this year.
According to information posted on Grow International Co. website, it has been registered in Tajikistan with the aim of offering advertising and exhibition services and it has experiences of participation in conducting several international exhibitions in Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Afghanistan, Kyrgyzstan, Pakistan, Algeria and Iran. The company has a representative of broadcasting commercial and reportage notices in overseas countries through Safina satellite channel and national TV of Tajikistan.
