DUSHANBE May 21, 2009, Asia-Plus — Prime Minister Oqil Oqilov today morning departed for Astana, Kazakhstan to attend a session of the council of the CIS heads of government that will open in the Kazakh capital on May 22, according to presidential press service.
Education Minister Abdujabbor Rahmonov and heads of a number of other ministries and organizations are accompanying the prime minister on his trip to Kazakhstan.
Kazakh media report the CIS heads of government will consider 18 draft documents, including the plan of actions for implementation of the first phase of the CIS economic development strategy for the period until 2020.
