DUSHANBE, March 28, 20110, Asia-Plus – 27-year-old U.T. was detained yesterday on suspicion of having killed Dushanbe resident J.N., 40, according to the Ministry of Interior (MoI).
The source says the killer set the apartment to fire, and JN’s body with 16 stab wounds was found by firemen on March 26.
Criminal proceedings have been instituted against U.T., and an investigation is under way.
