KULOB, January 15, 2009, Asia-Plus  — Counterpart international Tajikistan has handed over humanitarian aid worth 100,220 to the Kulob-based women’s center, Umed, for distribution to orphanages and boarding schools in Khatlon’s Kulob region.

According to Umed, the assistance includes enriched wheat flour and corn and it will be distributed to orphanages and boarding schools in the coming two-three days.
