KHUJAND, August 3, 2011, Asia-Plus — A six-year-old girl is dead, after being struck by a teenage driver in the village of Obburdon, Mastchoh district in Sughd province.
According to the Sughd police directorate, the accident took place yesterday afternoon. The six-year-old Bibioisha Fayziyeva was crossing the street when the truck ZIL-130 hit her.
Police said the offending truck was driven by a 17-year-old resident of the Obburdon village, Muhmmadali Rahmonzoda.
