DUSHANBE, December 30, 2008, Asia-Plus  — On Monday December 29, the Drug Control Agency (DCA) provided 1,000 somoni worth of food products to the center for disabled and elderly people, Batosh, in the Tursunzoda.

According to the counternarcotics agency, the aid was provided to the center in line with president’s instruction on providing assistance to vulnerable families, war and labor veterans, elderly and disabled people.

In all, 10,442 somoni worth of humanitarian aid has been provided by the counter narcotics center to the center Batosh this year.
