DUSHANBE, August 8, 2011, Asia-Plus – On August 7 Tajikistan President Emomali Rahmon handed state awards to more than 200 front-rank workers of such sectors as energy, industry, agriculture, transport, communication and other sectors of the country’s economy.

According to the President’s press service, front-rank workers, heads of some enterprises and dekhkan farms who managed to achieve best results were awarded such awards as “Sharaf” order of the 1st and 2nd grades, medals of service, title “Honored worker of Tajikistan” and diplomas of the Republic of Tajikistan.

“President congratulated all award recipients and expressed confidence that they will continue to serve for the welfare of the country and will do their best to lead the country out of communication deadlock, provide the country’s energy and food security,” the source added.
