KHUJAND, September 30, 2011, Asia-Plus  — Swimming complex, built by China’s corporation, Xuan Yuan Group (XY-Group), has opened in Khujand.

The swimming complex, consisting of three swimming pools, will operate all the year round and anyone may visit it, the complex director Osim Okhounov said.

“Daily fee for children under the age of 12 is set at 10.00 somoni and adults will have to pay 20.00 somoni,” said the director.  “Besides, the monthly swimming-pool membership card costs 140 somoni and the annual swimming-pool membership card costs 1,040 somoni.”

According to him, skilled instructors work with the swimming complex and a three-month course for adults costs 390 somoni and a three-month course for children costs 208 somoni.

A total cost of the project more than 45 million somoni and XY-Group built it in a year and a half, Okhounov added.
