The Kazakh Government’s session a draft resolution on implementation of the three-year national budget for 2009-2011 has been adopted.

“The draft resolution is developed on the basis of standards of a new Fiscal Code and includes a number of fundamental distinctions from the previous years” resolutions on budget implementation”, Kazakh Minister of Economy and Budget Planning said.

According to B.Sultanov, the resolution includes concessionary projects, which claim co-financing from the budget.

The Minister told that “the project was worked out by all state bodies and was adopted at the session of the Republican Budgetary Commission on December 13”.

Besides, he gave a number of instructions to the managers of budgetary programs and the local executive bodies.
