DUSHANBE, December 7, 2011, Asia-Plus – / Avaz Yuldashev / – The election of the State Duma deputies of Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation took place in a very peaceful atmosphere.

There were not detected any gross violations in election by legislation of Russia. Such assessment was given to the State Duma elections, which was held on December 4 in Russia, by the deputy of the Lower Chamber of parliament in Tajikistan Rabieva Galia, who was registered by the CEC of Russia as an international observer from CIS Interparliamentary Assembly.

According to her, the agiotage, which has been raised about the election by some Russian media, in general is not true. “The main problem of Duma elections in Russia was a low turnout for election in the polling stations. In my opinion, this indicates that about 40% of voters who did not come to vote or do not believe to any of the political parties, or they become indifferent to politics, “- said Rabieva.

According to her, the drawbacks presented to the organizers of elections by international observers, concerned only the technical aspects of the elections. “For example, observers from Canada and France have noted that premises were too small for voting, wrong location for the ballot boxes” – said the deputy.

We would like to remind you that all seven Russian parties of Russian Federation attended the election which was took place on Sunday. According to the latest CEC, “Spravedlivaya Russia” got 13.22% of votes (8,107,666 people voted for it), “Liberal Democratic Party of Russia” – 11.66% (7,152,775 people), “Patriots of Russia” – 0.97% (593 351), Communist Party of the Russian Federation – 19.16% (11,750,751 people), the Russian United Democratic Party “Yabloko” – 3.3% (2,021,577 people) All-Russian Political Party “United Russia “- 49.54% (30,386,360 people). “UR” got 64.3% votes in the Duma elections in 2007. Thus, the State Duma passed four parliamentary parties.

According to preliminary calculations, the “United Russia” in the State Duma of the Sixth Convocation will not have a constitutional majority, but will receive a simple majority – 238 seats (in 2007 – 315), the Communist Party – 92, “Fair Russia” – 64 and the Liberal Democratic Party – 56 seats.
