Kazakh Industry and Trade Ministry suggests investing 15 billion tenge to increase volume of lease housing construction within the frameworks of housing state program optimization.
According to Vladimir Shkolnik, Industry and Trade Minister, this injection will allow to commission 2 600 lease flats with total area of 230 thousand square meters. Total floor area of commissioned lease housing will make up 710 thousand square meters or 8 500 flats, that is up to 12 % of the need.
Minister considers that 15 billion tenge can be released by means of resources provided for capitalization internal reallocation of the social entrepreneurial corporations in 2008. In this regard, budget for current year will not be corrected.
