DUSHANBE, November 19, 2012, Asia-Plus — A 70-year-old resident of Dushanbe, Rajab Karimov has been arrested on suspicion of killing his son.
According to information posted on the Interior Ministry’s official website, Rajab Karimov being in a state of drunkenness inflicted a stab wound to his son’s chest following a family quarrel. A 40-year-old Muhammadyahyo Karimov later died at a hospital.
Criminal proceedings have been instituted against Rajab Karimov and an investigation is under way, the website said.
