, February 17, Asia-Plus – President Emomali Rahmonov today had telephone conversations with governors of Sughd (Qosim Qosimov) and Khatlon (Amirsho Miraliyev) provinces, presidential press service reported.  

Heads of the provinces informed the president of a progress of preparations for spring sowing campaigns in their provinces as well as carrying out of a republican campaign on plating trees and gardens.  

According to presidential press service, the president charged the governors to organize timely provision of cotton-growing farms with agricultural machines, mineral fertilizers, high-quality seeds and fuel to ensure the appropriate sowing campaign in the spring.
