KHUJAND, March 1, Asia-Plus — The results of the “Best Innovator of the Year” have been summed up at Khujand State University.    

This contest has been conducted in the region on initiative of the Sughd governor since 2002.  29 innovators from different enterprises in northern Tajikistan took part in the contest.  They submitted 20 works to the commission; of them, 11 works were done in the industrial sector, 3 in the construction sector, 4 in the agrarian sector and 2 in the education sector.  

Innovation offered by specialists from the “Leninabadredmet” enterprises for production of fire-brick has been recognized the best.  The award of 2,500 Somonis together with certificate have been handed over to them.
