.  The enterprise will have capacity of refining 300 tons of oil per day.  The enterprise’s modules will be installed on the area of 40×50 meters.  

Vladimir Trofimov, manager of the JV “Mehron-Oil”, has told Asia-Plus that the enterprise will be finished in ten months.  “It will produce gasoline, aviation kerosene, diesel, fuel oil and bitumen meeting international standards,” Mr. Trofimov said.  According to him, the mini oil refinery in Konibodom will use oil produced in


Tajikistan


and will import oil from the Kyrgyz region of Batken.  

The “Mehron-Oil” director Michael Jey (phonetically pronounced) noted that they had received a loan of US$20 million from the International Monetary Fund (IMF) for the construction of the enterprise.  “70 employees will work with the enterprise,” the “Mehron-Oil” top manager said, noting that eight persons, who will operate the automatic oil-refining systems, will take training course in
