(Mukhtar Atayev).

The session is discussing cooperation in fighting drug trafficking, terrorism and extremism, as well as collective plans of actions to strengthen regional security and implement large-scale projects.

 The source says this consultative session has been initiated by the Central Asian states.  The session is being held behind closed doors.  Secretary General of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO), Nikolai Bardyuzha, is also attending the meeting in
