, May 11, Asia-Plus — President Emomali Rahmonov presided over a meeting with participation of heads of the power-wielding structures and law enforcement agencies of the country today, presidential press service reported. 

The meeting focused on the issues related to raising fighting efficiency of Tajik Armed Forces, strengthening the national border, as well as coordinating actions in fighting organized crime and drug trafficking.   

On the ongoing spring conscription campaign that is planned to be finished by June 1, Rahmonov demanded at the meeting that a special attention should be paid to improvement of quality of the conscription campaign, further training of conscripts and creation of all necessary conditions for military service.
