DUSHANBE, June 30, Asia-Plus  — Japan’s “Mitsubishi Corporation” (MC) is currently considering the issue of awarding a US$9 million grant to Tajikistan for improvement of the water supply system in Dushanbe, according to information from “Dushanbe Vodokanal” (DVK or Dushanbe’s municipal waterworks).

water supply project run by German’s WVV over the last three years in order to avoid duplication, according to the source.  “

.  We will recall that the Iranian side expressed readiness to provide a grant of US$400,000 for the implementation of the project to enhance the water supply system in Tajik capital.
