annually accepted for studying by presidential quota only 30 girls from remote mountain areas.  “Lat year, first five male students were accepted by presidential quota,” said the Asia-Plus interlocutor, “Now, it has been allowed to extend a number of students accepted to the University by presidential quota.”  

To enter the University by presidential quota the students have to pass an interview.  This year, it has been proposed to send at least two candidates for each place.
