DUSAHNBE, September 18, Asia-Plus, – Tajikistan’s Central Commission for Elections and Referenda (CCER) has published 14,000 copies of brochure entitled “100 Questions and Answers on the Presidential Election in Tajikistan”.  

Muhibullo Dodojonov, a spokesman for the CCER, said more than 4,000 copies of the brochure have to date been distributed to electoral commission at constituencies and polling stations, as well as local authorities and political parties.  

“The brochure contains materials about the rules of the holding of the presidential election, voters rights, status of international and other observers monitoring the voting process, etc,” Dodojonov said, adding that some provisions of the RT Law “On the Election of the President of Tajikistan” are written in quite a complicated languages.  “Therefore we have decided to explain the law’s provisions in more simple language in this brochure,” the CCER spokesman noted.  

Besides, the CCER has published 40,000 copies of the RT Law “On the Election of the President of Tajikistan.”
