DUSHANBE, November 22, Asia-Plus — A regional office of All-Russia Foundation for Education opened at Tajik-Russian Modern University in Dushanbe last week.  

“The office as an educational non-profit organization will work to facilitate revival of morality, charity and education in Tajikistan,” Yoqub Bobojonov, the head of the foundation office in Dushanbe said.  According to him, the mission of All-Russia Foundation for Education consists in the support and development of educational projects and initiatives that promote modernization and reform of the educational system, joint training of personnel at educational institutions of Tajikistan and Russia, as well as development of information technologies and introduction of innovative methods of education.  According to him, the regional office plans to open its branches in Qurghon Teppa, Kulob, Rasht, Tusunzoda and Khorog. 

All-Russia Foundation for Education was established in 1990.
