DUSHANBE, December 19, Asia-Plus — Central Asian film festival on migration problems entitled “In the Focus – Rights!” will be held in Dushanbe in January 2007, according to the International Organization for Migration (IOM) Mission in Tajikistan.

Documentaries about the labor migration problems and observance of migrants rights such as “We Are Going to Moscow…”, “Each of Us”  “Who Is Next?” will be demonstrated within the framework of the festival in Dushanbe.  

A source at the IOM Dushanbe Office said films by filmmakers from Sweden, Switzerland, Central Asia’s states and Turkey will be demonstrated in Dushanbe.  

The similar festival is currently being held in Kazakhstan.
