KHUJAND, February 8, Asia-Plus — Sughd governor Abduqohir Nazirov on February 6 signed resolutions shaking up local officials.

Amonjon Eshonqulov, formerly head of the monitoring unit of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade (MoEDT), replaced Domullojon Jaborrov as deputy chairman of the Sughd province.  

By other resolution of the Sughd governor Vahob Nabiyev, who had previously been rector of the Institute of Arts in Dushanbe, was appointed as another deputy chairman of the Sughd province.
