DUSHANBE, March 9, Asia-Plus – Winners of the Lohuti Award 2006 will be announced on March 10, Gulmahmad Davlatov, a spokesman for the Ministry of Culture, said.

According to him, an official award ceremony will be held at the Kokhi Jomi Complex in Dushanbe. 

Davlatov noted that the award ceremony is timed to coincide with the 95th anniversary of the appearance of the first edition of Tajik-language newspaper
