DUSHANBE, May 2, Asia-Plus – By capital mayor’s resolution extraordinary grants will be given to veterans of the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945 on occasion of the upcoming Victory Day, which is marked on May 9. 

Shahlo Musoyeva, the chairperson of the culture department of the Dushanbe mayor’s office, said that 439 war veterans living in Dushanbe will receive 350 somonis each.  

Besides, by capital mayor’s resolution the spouses of the servicemen who died in that war will receive a 200 somonis extraordinary grant each.
