DUSHANBE, September 13, Asia-Plus – Senior representatives from counternarcotics agencies of Tajikistan and Kyrgyzstan yesterday held a working meeting in the Kyrgyz capital city of Bishkek yesterday to discuss further cooperation in fighting drug trafficking. 

Information, posted on the website of the Tajik Drug Control Agency (DCA), said that the sides had agreed to coordinate efforts to counter drug trafficking as well as exchange information and conduct joint anti-drug operations.  The meeting had resulted in signing of a protocol of cooperation in the fight against drug trafficking.
