DUSHANBE, December 26, Asia-Plus  — On Tuesday December 25, Colonel Nail Mazitov, an official representative of Russia’s Federal Drug Control Service (FSNK) to Tajikistan, presented letter of credence to Lieutenant-General Rustam Nazarov, Director of the Drug Control Agency (DCA) under the President of Tajikistan, the DCA press service said.  

Avaz Yuldoshev, a spokesman for DCA, said that a FSNK delegation led by Major-General Yevgeni Grigoryev, the chief of the international cooperation directorate at the FSNK international-legal department, had also attended the ceremony

During the meeting is was noted that functioning of the FSNK representative office in Tajikistan would facilitate further interaction and cooperation between Tajik and Russian counternarcotics agencies in combating drug trafficking.
