DUSHANBE, February 25, Asia-Plus  — China’s red Cross has provided $30,000 to Tajikistan’s Red Crescent Society, Madina Sayfiddinova, the RCS information officer, said. 

According to her, during a meeting of Zafar Muhabbatov, the RCS secretary general, with Nu Shujian, counselor at the Chinese Embassy in Dushanbe, it was noted that the donation would go to strengthening potentials of the RCS branches in the provinces and providing humanitarian assistance to disaster victims.
